Esteem is a youth-led project that aims to raise awareness of Domestic Abuse and Healthy Relationships

Esteem is one of Element's latest projects! Funded by the Violence Reduction Unit, this project aims to provide better education to young people about healthy relationships and domestic abuse. The content of Esteem is be designed by young people and will aim to educate other young people on healthy relationships and domestic abuse.

The young people who signed up for this project have been creating workshops for schools and colleges to deliver, and a podcast talking about their experience with these topics. They have also had the chance to work with MMAP Workshops to create and record a piece of creative writing for the project.

It has been so much fun to work with such amazing young people on this project. My hope is that they can continue to work on this in the future and that many more young people benefit from the resources they have created.
