Element has been lucky enough to secure the voluntary services of 8 really talented students from the University of Sheffield to research two new exciting projects.

One team is researching Sheffield having a Youth Zone like the one in Manchester, where young people can gather in a safe space, fully supported with loads of activities.

The other team is researching a location where Element can have a Co-Lab hub where young people will have the opportunity to both showcase and sell their products via our shopfront retail facility.

Our initial concept includes:

• Retail Catering – Pizza / Coffee Shop
• Retail – Sale of goods and services, live demonstrations, 
• Managed workspace/hot desking 
• Back Office function 
• Education/training 
• Specialist Support
