Esteem is a youth-led project that aims to raise awareness on Domestic Abuse and Healthy Relationships

Esteem is one of Element's newest projects! Funded by the Violence Reduction Unit, this project aims to provide better education to young people around healthy relationships and domestic abuse. The content of Esteem will be designed and delivered by young people and will aim to educate people on healthy relationships and domestic abuse.

The young people who sign up to this project will be creating workshops for schools and colleges to deliver, a podcast with the opportunity to interview people about their experience with these topics either professionally or personally, and they will have the chance to work with a spoken word artist to create a piece of spoken word art relating to what they have learnt on their journey with this project.

How can I get involved?

We're looking for 10 young people to help us design and develop workshops and a podcast around the topics of healthy relationships and domestic abuse.

If you're 16 - 18 and interested in becoming a part of this group please fill in the sign-up form
Esteem will runs on Monday evenings 4:30-6pm

If you attend 80% of the sessions you will get £25 in vouchers of your choice.
Please contact Jasmine at [email protected] for more information.

I am super excited to get this project up and running, and see what the young people come up with.

- Jasmine, Project Coordinator

The development of this project wouldn't be possible without the support of our funders, The Violence Reduction Unit. Find out more about their work.
